Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Email, SMS & Push Campaigns

About the role

Amazon’s Journey Orchestration team is seeking a technically skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, build, and launch global email, SMS, and push notification campaigns that support corporate and hourly hiring. This contract position works in a hybrid model from one of the listed U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain responsive HTML5/CSS3 email templates that render across 50+ client/device combinations.
• Debug rendering issues, handle CSS compatibility gaps, image blocking, dark‑mode behavior, and responsive breakpoints.
• Use Litmus and Email on Acid for pre‑launch QA, testing, and optimization.
• Implement dynamic content blocks, conditional logic, and personalization tokens.
• Configure campaign workflows, triggers, and automation sequences in CRM/marketing platforms such as PinPoint, Connect, and Brightspot.
• Build audience segments using candidate data attributes and journey‑stage logic.
• Set up A/B and multivariate tests and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, creative, data science, analytics, legal, and product teams to align lifecycle activity with hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating and shipping high‑volume lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex rendering issues.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, data‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
