Key responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess their life‑insurance needs and explain options clearly.
• Conduct follow‑up via phone, video, and in‑person visits, complete applications accurately, and ensure carrier compliance.
• Maintain an organized schedule, achieve consistent weekly activity, and participate in coaching and team accountability sessions.

Required profile

• Coachable and able to act on feedback.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑based structure and meeting measurable goals.
