Brand Representative - Northlake Mall, Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative for its Hollister store at Northlake Mall in Charlotte. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service to all customers, anticipate their needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and keep the sales floor clean, organized and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping the checkout experience friendly.
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.
