Licensed Therapist – Couples & Family Therapy – Remote California – 1099

About the role

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists to provide virtual couples, relationship, and family therapy. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and families.
• Assess relational and family‑system needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence‑guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to your training.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the broader care team.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence‑based, culturally responsive care.
• Ability to provide a minimum of 20 recurring weekly hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and related technology.
