Licensed Therapist – Children & Adolescents – Remote California

About the role

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide virtual psychotherapy for children and adolescents. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence‑based, culturally responsive care.
• Ability to commit to at least 20 recurring weekly hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth technology platforms.
• Comfort using digital tools for documentation and billing.
