Licensed Therapist – Adult Psychotherapy – Remote California – 1099

About the role

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide virtual individual psychotherapy to adult clients. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑guided, culturally responsive virtual psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and adhere to professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence‑based care and culturally responsive practice.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 recurring weekly hours of availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and related technology.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship, or life‑transition concerns.
