Licensed Practical Nurse – Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Nursing team in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The LPN will provide private‑duty, one‑on‑one care to clients ranging from infants to seniors, including low‑acuity and higher‑acuity cases such as tracheostomy and ventilator support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on nursing care to a single client per shift, following individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage respiratory equipment as needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families, documenting progress and milestones.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Passion for skilled nursing and desire to expand clinical competencies.

Required skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Ability to provide care for a wide age range, from infants to geriatric patients.
