Clinical Manager RN – Bilingual

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse to lead its Assistive Care State Programs office in Perth Amboy, NJ. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight, support field staff, and ensure high‑quality, compliant care for clients across four counties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and support field staff to deliver exceptional home‑based care.
• Conduct client assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor condition changes.
• Supervise and mentor Home Health Aides and other caregivers, including competency assessments.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with state program requirements, authorized service hours and BAYADA standards.
• Coordinate with clients, families, state case managers, managed care organizations and office partners.
• Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, incident review and audit‑readiness activities.
• Conduct field visits, community‑engagement activities and model The BAYADA Way.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years relevant experience, or associate degree with at least 3 years.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, human services, case management or service operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare or service‑based environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort using computer systems for documentation, scheduling and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record and documentation software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced office and field settings.
• Spanish bilingual communication skills (strongly preferred).
