About the role
This full‑time position provides direct patient care, including IV therapy, in a primary care and pediatrics clinic under the direction of a registered nurse.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process, gathering data, planning, and evaluating outcomes.
- Perform IV therapy and other clinical tasks as authorized by the Licensed Practical Nurse Act.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist ancillary nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Required profile
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
