Licensed Practical Nurse – Overnight Home Health Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for overnight home health assignments in the Charlotte metro area. You will provide compassionate adult and pediatric care in clients' homes, following doctors' orders and documenting care accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose and deliver one‑on‑one care.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic charting (Statewise).

Required profile

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Passion for adult and pediatric home care.

Required skills

• Electronic charting using Statewise.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and use phone‑based clinical support.
