Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate home health services across Oahu. You will travel to clients in your local area, delivering high‑quality nursing care while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document physicians' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments and nursing interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Travel to client homes on a schedule that fits your needs.

Required profile

• Active LPN license in good standing issued by Hawaii or another NLC state.
• At least one year of recent acute‑care experience as an LPN.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
