About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Fort Smith facility. This full‑time, onsite position supports patient care within a collaborative, teaching‑hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Arkansas.
