About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Cardiology Practice at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports a high‑volume cardiac care team delivering inpatient and outpatient services.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care, including accurate medication administration and documentation.
Perform pain assessments, patient teaching, and follow National Patient Safety Goals.
Recognize changes in patient status and report to Charge Nurse or physicians.
Assist with code‑blue protocols and maintain up‑to‑date patient records.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current Florida LPN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Knowledge of infection‑control practices and computer literacy.
Preferred: one year of clinical experience and ACLS certification.
