Licensed Physical Therapist (1099 Contract)

About the role

Luna, a tech-enabled in-home physical therapy platform founded in 2018, is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (DPT/PT) to provide outpatient, 1:1 care in patients' homes. This is not traditional home health; it is a flexible, mobile outpatient setting where therapists set their own hours and choose how many visits per week. The opportunity is exclusively for licensed PTs; non-PT applicants will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 physical therapy in patients' homes, earning $70-$77 per visit.
• Use Luna's auto-charting to document care in minutes via a phone call.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts through the Luna app.
• Match patients by specialty and location within a 30-minute drive using geofencing.

Required profile

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
