About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program in Roswell, NM. The position involves direct clinical work with young adults aged 16‑24 and close collaboration with residential staff.

Key responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students throughout residential areas, including dormitories, recreation and dining facilities.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff on treatment planning.
Offer crisis intervention, support student emotional well‑being, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Required profile

Active New Mexico licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of one year of experience delivering mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
