About the role
The legal intern will support the corporate legal department by assisting staff attorneys with a variety of tasks. This position offers exposure to legal research, document drafting, and contract review within a federal institution.
Key responsibilities
- Summarize and outline legal documents and research.
- Conduct legal and records research.
- Review legal forms for accuracy and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Draft memoranda, litigation documents, and routine contracts and agreements.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with at least two years of study completed.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Technologically proficient.
