Child Support Services Agent 2

About the role

The Georgia Department of Human Services is seeking a Child Support Services Agent 2 to join its Division of Child Support Services in Dallas, GA. This position supports the agency’s mission to strengthen families by establishing and enforcing child support obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures they are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact.
• Manages a caseload to ensure child support obligations are met.
• Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED and two years of direct job‑related experience, or equivalent.
• One year of experience at the lower‑level Child Support Services Agent 1 or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (optional qualification).
