Legal Internship – Administrative & Social Insurance Law

About the role
We are looking for a motivated law graduate to join the French‑language division of the Administrative Tribunal in Bern. The three‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in administrative and social‑insurance law within a modern, centrally located office.
Key responsibilities
- Draft draft judgments and legal opinions on administrative and social‑insurance matters.
- Conduct legal research and analyse statutes, case law and regulations.
- Clarify and process legal questions raised by judges and parties.
Required profile
- Completed a law degree (licence or master) and currently preparing for the Bern bar examinations.
- Proof that at least 15 of the required 18 internship months for the bar will be completed by the start date.
- Strong interest in public law and willingness to learn.
- Good written communication skills and at least passive knowledge of German.
