About the role
The Fair Lending Analyst will evaluate Northwest's loan programs for compliance with fair lending regulations, support reporting to senior leadership, and maintain the annual compliance monitoring program.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze loan programs using regression and statistical methods to identify regulatory weaknesses.
- Prepare measurable reports for senior management and the Board of Directors on fair lending compliance performance.
- Develop and deliver training materials addressing regulatory requirements and compliance gaps.
- Maintain and update Northwest's annual fair lending compliance monitoring program.
- Produce written fair lending risk assessments and support regulatory examinations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business management.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, including regression analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate with all management levels.
- Experience in retail lending, originations, underwriting, or quality control.
