Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts across multiple business units.
• Support intellectual property filings and protection strategies.
• Handle employment law queries and compliance matters.
• Provide research and assistance for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Contribute to mergers & acquisitions documentation and due‑diligence activities.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that simulate real business scenarios.

Required profile

• Final‑year law students, recent law graduates, or early‑career legal professionals with less than two years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong academic background in law and a keen interest in technology‑driven legal services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
