About the role
ZMK Law, PLLC is seeking a U.S. Immigration Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience to join its remote team. The role supports a variety of immigration matters, from family petitions to asylum and naturalization, while working on Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare immigration forms, supporting documents, and draft cover letters, declarations, and motions using pre‑built templates.
- Communicate daily with English‑ and Turkish‑speaking clients, track case progress, and maintain accurate case management records.
- Report weekly case flow and status updates to the supervising attorney and conduct legal research as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on immigration paralegal experience.
- Fluent in English and Turkish with strong written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, BlueDot, and HubSpot.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and follow up without supervision.
