- Work with eDiscovery, practice support and litigation teams to align solutions with document review, analytics and case management workflows.
- Develop evaluation methods to test the accuracy, completeness, source grounding and defensibility of AI-assisted outputs, and contribute to responsible AI guidance.
- Partner with the Innovation team and AI & Innovation Counsel to integrate approved AI and automation tools while preserving lawyer judgment, supervision, confidentiality and client requirements.
- Create adoption materials, matter intake questions, workflow guides and examples, capture lessons learned from pilots and live matters, and engage with litigation partners, associates, paralegals, eDiscovery, IT and Information Security.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred, or equivalent professional experience in litigation support, legal technology, eDiscovery, legal operations or professional services.
- Minimum five years of experience supporting litigation, investigations, arbitration, eDiscovery, legal innovation, legal technology implementation or related workflows.
- Strong understanding of how litigation work is performed, including fact development, document review, case organization, pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert work and trial preparation.
- Familiarity with AI quality control concepts such as source grounding, verification, defensibility, privilege and confidentiality concerns.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple projects and communicating across legal, technical and risk stakeholders.
Required skills
- Experience with litigation technology, eDiscovery platforms, AI-enabled legal tools, workflow automation or case management tools; experience with Legora, Harvey, Copilot or similar platforms preferred.
- Ability to decompose legal workflows, gather requirements, design practical solutions and support adoption by busy matter teams.
What we offer
- Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus pre-tax health and flexible spending accounts.
- 401(k) savings plan and profit-sharing plans where eligible.
- Paid time off of at least 20 days, 11 firm holidays, and paid parental leave of at least 14 weeks.
