Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (US Remote)

About the role

Dexory is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to lead commercial contracting for its fast‑growing US operations. This remote, in‑house role will work closely with the General Counsel and the wider business to ensure contracts, compliance programmes and dispute management are handled with commercial acumen and legal precision.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier agreements across the US and North America, acting as the lead negotiator.
• Partner with Procurement, IT and other teams to assess supplier contracts, conduct risk analyses and obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist the General Counsel in monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all operating markets.
• Develop, implement and support compliance programmes and training initiatives.
• Support the General Counsel in managing disputes, litigation and other legal proceedings.

Required profile

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Mandatory experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.
• Prior in‑house experience, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
