This full‑time, onsite position works 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM Eastern and offers an annual salary range of $35,000‑$40,000. The role supports the firm’s attorneys and contributes to its technology‑driven legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, document drafting, and filing.
• Maintain and organize client files, legal databases, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, court appearances, and coordinate calendars.
• Conduct basic legal research and gather factual information.
• Prepare billing entries, track time, and support invoicing processes.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and external partners.
