Leasing Specialist

About the role

Pillar Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join the team at The Century, helping prospective residents find their new home and ensuring a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move‑in paperwork.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Show model homes, discuss amenities, and explain lease terms.
• Maintain property appearance, inspect premises, and coordinate necessary maintenance.
• Collect market data, process rental deposits, and support lease renewal and transfer processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior leasing or sales‑oriented experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong customer service, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with regular attendance.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to utilize social media applications.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
