Leasing Professional – Watermark Buzzard Point

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Watermark Buzzard Point community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to address any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to qualify prospects, manage applications, and close leases efficiently.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to coordinate unit readiness and maintenance tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi property management platform.
