Leasing Professional - Waterford on Mainstreet

About the role

This full-time Leasing Professional position at Waterford on Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals. The role covers all leasing activities, resident satisfaction during the lease term and lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and follow concession and special programs to sustain occupancy.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referral and employer outreach, and use online tools (Craigslist, Facebook, e-mail).
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Support lease renewals with renewal letters and packages, and respond promptly to resident and owner concerns.

Required profile

• All licenses and certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

• Hourly pay of $16 - $19, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite.
