About the role
Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the newly‑launched townhome community, Oaks at Wendell. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase townhome units.
- Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Inspect units before resident move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
- Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
- Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.
