About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Thornbridge community, a 286‑unit garden‑style affordable housing property. The role focuses on achieving high occupancy, revenue targets and resident retention while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies.
- Conduct leasing tours, process applications and secure new resident moves‑ins.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and manage lease renewals.
- Work with affordable housing guidelines and tax‑credit requirements.
- Provide weekend coverage as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related leasing or property management experience.
- Prior experience with affordable housing units is mandatory.
- Weekend availability required.
- Effective communication in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
