Leasing Professional – The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and capture resident demographic data.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including marketing initiatives and administrative leasing duties.
