Leasing Professional - The Frankie

About the role

The Frankie, a 120-unit mid-rise in Portland's historic Brooklyn neighborhood, is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional. The team is described as high performers who care about customer service and exceed expectations. The role is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospects and conduct apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers
• Research comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Plan and run community events
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Use social media and online platforms to market available units
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, though a positive can-do attitude is required
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Property management software such as Yardi or One Site is desired but not required

• Hourly pay of $20.00 - $22.00, with possible bonus programs depending on whether the position is corporate or onsite
