About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Fairways at Raccoon community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they meet ready‑condition standards.
- Coordinate community marketing efforts and renewal initiatives to maintain high occupancy and resident retention.
