About the role
The Leasing Professional will support Greystar’s two mid‑rise communities, The Edge and The Brinkley, in Charlotte, NC. This full‑time position drives marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across both properties.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase unit features.
- Process lease applications, negotiate terms and secure new leases.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage lease renewals.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue goals set for each community.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with prospects and residents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across two locations.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends as needed.
