Leasing Professional – The Anchorage

About the role

The Leasing Professional for The Anchorage community will lead all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in, ensuring high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident satisfaction. This role combines sales, marketing, and property‑management responsibilities in a fast‑paced residential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing, concessions, and promotional strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record prospect interactions, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with maintenance and management teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and apartment inspections.

Required skills
