Leasing Professional – Solaire

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Solaire community will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets for a 140‑unit stabilized property.
• Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries, and secure lease renewals.
• Follow the standard schedule of Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, adjusting as business needs require.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure resident satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven leasing experience in a residential or multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work the specified schedule and adapt to changing business needs.
