About the role

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join Mason & Main, a Greystar community in Seattle. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
• Conduct tours, process applications and negotiate lease agreements.
• Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with property management to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
