Leasing Professional – Residential Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our Stamford community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals while delivering excellent resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any outstanding issues with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage resident data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Prior experience in high‑rise residential property management.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing and occupancy targets.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
