About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the Revela community in Mountain View, California. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
