Leasing Professional – Reserve at Peachtree Corners

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Reserve at Peachtree Corners community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage lease documentation, move‑in coordination, and marketing activities.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, prospects, and internal teams.
