About the role
The Leasing Professional supports Pinnacle Terrace by driving marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a seamless leasing experience from prospect contact through move‑in.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Coordinate smooth resident move‑ins and oversee lease signing procedures.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
