Leasing Professional – Cantera Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Cantera community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from initial inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, schedule any necessary repairs, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Handle resident inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Execute renewal strategies to retain existing residents and achieve renewal targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the community and achieve occupancy goals.
