Leasing Professional (Part-Time)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Lantower West Love community, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease signings to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and merchandising.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Prepare renewal packages, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of lease extensions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle resident inquiries promptly.
