Community Manager – Lantower West Love

About the role

The Community Manager for Lantower West Love will oversee the daily operations of the assigned property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and housing regulations while fostering a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and engagement.
