Leasing Professional – Novel Nona

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Novel Nona community will lead marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. This full‑time position works on‑site in a stabilized garden‑style property of 260 units, reporting directly to community management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Coordinate renewal strategies and secure lease extensions to maintain high resident retention.
• Inspect apartments before and after occupancy to verify condition and readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the community and achieve occupancy goals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive leasing activity and meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with experience guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing, background checks and lease documentation.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends as needed.
