Leasing Professional – North Park Landing

About the role

The Leasing Professional will be the front‑line representative for North Park Landing, driving occupancy and revenue through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to Greystar’s quality standards, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property‑management software.
• Experience using Yardi for leasing and resident data management.
