Business Management Analyst / Associate

About the role

The Maverick Golf & Ranch Club is seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Business Management Analyst / Associate to support the VP of Business Management across project execution, financial planning, sales operations and stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of the project’s annual Business Plan and financial forecasts.
• Maintain and update financial models, budgets, forecasts and track actual performance against them.
• Provide regular financial and operating reports for leadership, investors and other stakeholders.
• Assist the development team with tracking budgets, schedules, contracts and identifying potential budget issues.
• Support sales and marketing teams with analysis of offers, pricing, inventory and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards, databases and reporting tools to monitor project performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
