Leasing Professional – Navona – Lease Up

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the Navona community, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role ensures a seamless leasing experience from prospect qualification through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
