Leasing Professional – Multi‑Site (Seattle/Eastside)

About the role

The Multi‑Site Leasing Professional will support Greystar’s Belkorp portfolio across several communities in the Seattle/Eastside area. This floating position rotates among Hidden River, Hubbard’s Crossing, Scout, Six Oaks, The Eden and Orion, providing a flexible schedule with Sundays off and a selectable second day off.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct all leasing activities, from prospecting and tours to lease signing.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and manage lease renewal processes.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure seamless resident experience and retention.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days, including rotating schedules across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with the Seattle/Eastside rental market is a plus.
