Leasing Professional – Mira Crystal Lake

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Mira Crystal Lake community in Port Orange. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit and background checks, prepare lease agreements and coordinate smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data on apartment availability, prospect activity and resident information using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
