About the role
The Leasing Professional (Lease‑up) will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Stacks community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. The role reports to the Community Manager and works closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver a seamless leasing experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and coordinate with maintenance to ready units.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and facilitate lease renewals.
- Achieve community occupancy and revenue targets.
